Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that bottles are tightly sealed and protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
